Quick Bean Soup

This has become my new favorite lunch. It's so easy to throw together, it's healthy, and it tastes great.

Quick Bean Soup

1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can fat-free refried beans
1 can corn
1 can tomatoes
2 cups water
1 Tbsp. reduced sodium taco seasoning

Combine all in a pot and cook until heated through.  Makes 8 servings (about 1 cup each). I like mine with a little bit of chopped avocado and/or baked Tostitos.
