Whole Wheat Pizza Crust
1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup hot water
1 Tbsp. olive oil
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. yeast (one packet)
Combine in a bowl until a ball forms and cover with plastic wrap. (Or you could use a bread machine, which is what I usually do). Let rise for 15-20 minutes. Spread out dough on a pizza pan and bake at 475 for about 5-8 minutes. Then top with your toppings, and bake again until cheese is bubbly and toppings are done.
I cannot wait to try! Hubby and I have made reg flour crusts tons before but since my diet change and us going HEALTHIER I am ALL FOR trying THIS!
