Protein Shakes/Smoothies Part 3

Just some more protein shake recipes :)  These are my favorites as of lately. During the summer, I will even have these for lunch when I want something quick and cold.

I'm sorry, but the protein shakes recipe posts have been migrated to my everyday blog. Here are links to all three posts that have recipes for some fun tasting protein shakes:

See Part 1 here.

  1. These look fantastic. Thank you for sharing them! Just curious, do you use the regular pudding instead of the sugar free for a reason? Does it make a difference in the taste?
    Thanks again!

    1. I don't really like the taste of sugar free pudding, so I use the regular. You can certainly substitute, but make sure you cut back on the amount used. I would use about 1 tsp. of sugar free mix for each Tbsp. of regular mix. The sugar free mix is more concentrated.

  2. These are seriously a life saver! I am on Visalus and even though I love it, I was in need of some new recipes in a bad way! I can't wait to try them! Thanks!

  3. hi Katie!
I only have guar gum, what if I used 1/2 tsp of that?
or would that be too thick you think?
    thanks for the help!

    1. The gums are tricky to get the right amount. I would probably start with a 1/4 tsp, then add a little if it needs it. If you add too much at once, it's basically inedible.
